A-Z Fruit and Veg Photo Project: R is for Radish
I was really excited to photograph radishes for this project. Many of the food photographers I admire use them in their recipes and photos frequently. Their colour, simply inviting – Ravishing Radishes indeed!
The dark composition really highlights the colour of the radishes. The light composition works well with the sliced radishes as it helps convey the brilliant white encased inside the red. Which do you prefer?

Thank you! Yes they are super models, their colour, shape and texture are just wonderful. A very underrated vegetable!
I personnaly prefer the dark composition.
Ditto to the above comment. The darker tones of the bowl and seat contrast against the rich red of the radishes remarkably well (how’s that for a bit of alliteration!) and really makes the colours pop.
