R A W Chocolate is real chocolate, with none of the stuff you don’t want and all the stuff you do. It is chocolate handmade by Casey Pringle in her home in the Macedon Ranges, Victoria.
I first met Casey at a creative Instagram Christmas gathering last year. It was full of lovely creatives, who were actively rebelling against our 9-5 work society and making their dreams come true.
Casey’s dream was to make delicious chocolate that not only tastes amazing but is good for you, just like the raw ingredients she uses intended.
No stranger to hard work and the challenges of trying to make your dream come true, Casey really struck a chord with me.
Not only because I love surrounding myself with people are chasing life and living their dreams, but because she shared with me that pursuing your dream job is one tough gig (plus, she is one heck of a nice person).
t is the greatest and most challenging thing you will ever do. For me, this was really refreshing to hear. Photography challenges me every day sometimes to the point where I want to just toss it all in.
It’s been the most challenging and rewarding thing I have done in my life.
Casey has just released a new flavour to her chocolate range, Peppermint + Coconut – and I tell you, it is dreamy!
I was delighted to take some shots for her Instagram and I managed to crack open my very first coconut successfully!
Curious about how she makes her chocolate or eager to get one of these in your mouth? Head on over to her website here!

So sorry for a long absence, Rachel. I do follow you via IG, but didn’t stop by ‘here’ for quite sometimes. So glad to be back and be inspired by your photos again 馃檪
